Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend booking conference rooms as far in advance as possible to ensure availability and that your meeting requirements are met. Our spaces do tend to fill up quickly.
Can I book a room if I am not a member?
Absolutely! We welcome public bookings during our normal business hours. If you have any questions, let us know in the chat!
What amenities are included in your Meeting Rooms?
Our meeting rooms are equipped with high-speed internet, video conferencing capabilities*, whiteboard walls, comfortable seating, and presentation tools. Complimentary refreshments are also available.
*Location & Room dependent.
What hours are the Meeting Rooms available?
Downtown Works meeting rooms are available for public bookings Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Unfortunately, we currently do not provide public reservations outside of business hours or on weekends.
What is your cancellation policy?
For all public bookings, we require a 72 hour notice from the start of your booking. Should you wish to reschedule your booking, please reach out to our Billing team.
Do you allow outside food and beverage?
Yes! You are able to bring in any outside catering you’d like. If you are having a delivery service (ie Doordash, UberEats, Grubhub, etc) deliver your meal, please have them drop it off at the reception desk and we’ll deliver it straight to your meeting. Please dispose of your trash in the proper receptacles to avoid any additional cleaning fees.
Is there parking?
Free Public Parking is location dependent. For the most up to date information and to find the best parking options, please select your location from the navigation menu and scroll down to the About section.
Can I extend my booking?
If your meeting happens to go over its allocated time, you are welcome to add additional time to your reservation, pending availability. This can be done by visiting the reception desk or adding a new reservation online.
Do you offer any discounts for long-term or frequent bookings?
Yes, we offer discounts for long-term and frequent bookings.
For daily bookings (rooms booked from 8am- 5pm) all bookings receive an hour for free.
For more frequent bookings, we offer a Meeting Room membership that gives you a 20% discount on our listed rates.
